意外惊喜，毕竟定之前看了差评，入住后发现没有那些问题，从前台到管家都很有礼貌，房间很新，洗漱用品很齐全，还特意准备了小童用品。大堂景色很美。酒店周边很干净，安静，有很多餐饮和便利店，我们很喜欢这种远离闹市的酒店，以后去东京还住这里。

房间面积也是很小，连免费的矿泉水都没有，包括一次性的拖鞋也没有，价格也不便宜的酒店，下次不会再来了。

The view was immaculate, staffs were amazing and extremely friendly

Be careful of the room type. If not the room with balcony, the view is not good.

Poor location, far away from metro station. Poor service during check in. Room and view are nice.

The hotel is new & artistic , room is spacious & 5-8 minutes to Ginza area
Service is just average as staff are not particularly helpful , concierge service is below standard too

For a 5 star hotel, the hardware ia fine, nice room with views, big and clean, totaly satifised, but the breadfast is not good, with very limited choice, worse than many 4 star chain hotels, they told us the japanese breakfast sold out on the 2 days we stayed, that means we were left with no choice, not to mention we had to queue 15 mins just to enter on the 2 days also. Staff very friendly but just not proficient in english for normal communication, and feels just not up to expectations everytime.
